Maximus Aurelius Kingstonius Amenta
Director of Sales & Customer Retention Strategist
Born on March 1st, 2010 in San Diego County, Maximus Aurelius Kingstonius Amenta was separated from his mother at 8-weeks and brought into the iron game under his father’s direction. From wearing a metal chain around his neck to put serious size on his traps or the endless hours of double bodyweight sled drags, it’s hard to find another gym dog that has put the time in like Kingston. Like his followers and fans, he first became addicted to the gym life after being picked on as young lad. His crooked tail, pot belly and toothpick legs were easy targets for his peers to make fun of so naturally, his outlet became the gym. He worked hard, put in the blood sweat and tears that it takes to be a champion, but the unfortunate reality was that no amount of hard work could outrun his warthog genetics. But that didn't matter. With a personality as big as the big man himself, Kingston stepped into his rightful position as the greatest gym dog of all time. If you ask him what drives him, he would tell you his 5:45pm play dates at the park with his 4-legged buddies, car rides with Dad and making sure that every one of you gets a dose of positivity (and a good lick) every time you are at the gym. When he is not trying to spread the good vibes to you, you can find him sunbathing at various spots around the gym, barking at his water bowl for a fill up, or being his mom’s shadow at all times of the day. To some, dogs are just dogs. But to us, here at SoCal, Kingston is a part of our family. So next time you see our little warthog cruise on by, give him a friendly nod, butt scratch and appreciate the living legend of Kingston.
