SoCal Weightlifting is excited to continue with our Seminar Series which we host every other month. Each session we focus on a different aspect of the lift and may revisit certain aspects depending on what we see participants needing. This is the perfect excuse to come check us out, learn something new about your lifts, and have a good time!
